LEAP’s Vision

Posted by: leap8539    Tags:      Posted date:  July 9, 2013  |  No comment

The world accepts the fact that the next generation of leaders, in all fields, from business to public service, will be required to possess a sophisticated understanding of, and appreciation for, this broader world.

To meet this need, LEAP offers a paradigm shift from today’s “checkbook philanthropy” to tomorrow’s partnership model whereby, regardless of circumstance, individuals are trained to:

1) Know themselves as culturally competent, accountable leaders.

2) Collaborate with diverse local and global partners.

3) Use education and ingenuity to initiate the change they envision.
